Comments: I think it is about what continent or area the majority of your ancestors come from. The Jewish example is very interesting since I would say they are a religion not a race. People from North Africa (Middle East) are generally not white. Even people from North of the Mediterranean are generally not white. Yet every time I see Israel or one of their leaders on the news the majority of the people are very white with very white traits. So these people obviously would have more European than African blood. They would have the first African gene and maybe the second but none of the subsequent African genes. So even if they were born in Israel or America they should still list their race as white. Then there are other people who are very black who also claim Jewish as their religion I forget where they are from but I think it might be from what is now an area of Somalia but it might be another African country however this place is considered the birth place of the Jewish religion and these people are very black and thus would definitely be considered of African heritage so would most other Africans and perhaps even people from Madagascar.
