Risk The Board Game - Page 2

I loved to play risk as a kid growing up. I got to the point that any time we played it would always end up me vs my dad. I think it was a toss up of who would win the most. I loved the dice and they loved me a lot.

I mentioned before that it reminds me of many, many hours with my dad and brother. My sons and I have played it a couple times and with their game we have real looking pieces instead of the blocks that I remember growing up.

I have never played online before so this will be a new experience for me! But I do like the fun of getting together and playing games.

We used to play Risk a number of times but after awhile it became monotonous and switched to something else. I didn't know there was an online version.

RISK is pretty cool but since RISK there have many variants and I tend to like the variants more like Axis & Allies.

I absolutely LOVE Risk. This game and Monopoly, my absolute favorites. We would always try and complicate the games with treaties, alliances, and things like that. Anything to add some extra features to the game. If my men were pushing into the Western United States, there was a reason, (laugh). I almost always won, but we'd play for several hours.

I love Risk. My friends and I used to play it all the time when we were camping. I was pretty bad though and I tended to lose, unless everyone else was terrible too. I am bad at any game that involves rolling high numbers.

Yes when the dice are not working well for you it can hurt plenty fast. We also tended to use the rule of a set of soldier sis x meant and 3 cannons a different amount to help off set large on onslaughts later on.
