I just don't know. They are dropping it down to half of the original limits of a .10. That's too low for my taste. I could only have one drink in my system to be in compliance. A 100 pound woman will probably be in violation of the law with one drink. This is a little puritanical. They might as well make it a 0.00 and be done with it. A person at .05 is nowhere near intoxicated.

You do make a good point there. This is why I like this site, I points of view I normally don't get. So, what do you say to their argument that above .05 people's reflexes slow and decision making is impaired? And I understand that this is a generalization and some people react different than others.
