Church Philippine To Pope
Personally, I am glad this Pope decided to stay out of this issue. The church is not some all encompassing power that should use its size to try and dictate policies and presidents in other countries. Stay out of it and mind to the business of the church. If God thinks something in another country is out of wack, I think he can take care of it himself. The church was never intended to be a political entity, but that is the direction that the church both protestant and catholic seem to be taking.
