Handsets' Deadly Use: Detonators
Investor's Business Daily - More and more terrorists are using cell phones to remotely detonate bombs -- and there's not much authorities can do about it. At least, not that they can say.

Tactics Terrorist
Terrorists have been using more and more tools that are widely used so that they blend in. Cell phones are logical since so many people own and use them. Someone could walk into a crowed building and turn out a cell phone without getting notice at all until the explosion. Since we use them and rely on them so much, there truly isn't a good solution to their use as a terrorist tool.
