How likely are you to be promoted at your place of work? Do you see your associates being promoted at work and you left behind?

Promotions
I have been promoted twice in three years and look to be promoted again later this month to the technical lead on shift. My company provides for advancement for any individual that is willing to work hard and put in the dedication needed for the promotion. If you don't get promoted its because you aren't trying hard enough.
