Did they log into DrPat's account outside of his connection? Answers to these will answer: 1. Is it DrPat's ISP stopping sessions 2. Is it DrPat's firewall blocking something 3. Is it something unique to DrPat's account |

For instance are they behind a firewall? Do they have javascript enabled? |
OK, if you were able to log into the game via his account the problem is not on our end. This sounds like an ISP / connection issue. Maybe he has a firewall blocking something.
You are able to play the game normally from your account?

Thanks for the info. I logged into his account and the map, soldiers came up right away in both IE and FireFox right away. Here is what I can suggest, follow them very carefully and exactly:
1. In FireFox click on "Tools" then select "Clear Private Data", make sure all the boxes are checked and then click the Clear Private Data button.
Now go back to "Tools" and select "Options". Click "Advance" and then the "Network" tab. You will see a button that says "Clear Now", click that and then the OK button. Close options panel.
Then close the browser.
2. Open the browser and go to RISK page, login and everything should come up normal. If not hold down the SHIFT key and while holding that click on the Reload button.
What number 1 above does is ensures that the Browser is not looking at a page that is cached. That is the best way I can help, other than that someone who is around DrPat's computer will need to check out his firewall (if he has) and other things too numerous / technical to mention here. You can also pay for my ticket to Alaska and I will come check it out for you .
The link sent in the reminder from the risk board takes me t the main international discussions page.

I cleared all my caches and such but still the same.
Same goes for the link on the community risk board.
