I don't allow mental weakness to be an excuse. I quit smoking three times and three times I started again. That's only my fault and I'm the only one to be blamed. People around me smoke, so what? People are free to do whatever they want but it doesn't mean I have to do the same. I was able to change many things in my life but I can't quit smoking. We are what we want to be. If I can't get free from nicotine addiction is only because I don't try hard enough. This post is a proof of my weakness: after writing it, I'll feel the relief of confession and be ready to smoke another one.
