Ah, home. My city is approaching 50% hispanic, which is fine with me, but many people are up in arms about the Spanish-speaking population throughout the state.
We have plenty of mountains and rivers, but much of the Front Range is over-touristed. Colorado has been called the next California, because so many people are moving here, especially from there. We have plenty of residents from warmer climates who can't drive on ice.
Overall, the state is quite beautiful. Our cities are relatively clean, and Denver and Colorado Springs have great communities supporting the arts. Boulder often lives up to its bizarre reputation, but we can't be judged just by one city. I wouldn't mind living here for most of my life.
