MADISON (AP) -- A bicyclist killed in a collision with a tow truck in Dane County has been identified as a 47-year-old Madison man. The medical examiner's office released a statement Saturday saying the victim was Stephen L. Rader. Rader was riding his bicycle Friday afternoon when he was hit by a tow truck.
