Wardens Traffic British
First off, thats just rude and disgusting. It serves people like that right to have their own saliva used against them. Good for the traffic cops to have the forethought to keep the saliva for DNA evidence. Maybe knowing that they are using it will help to curb peoples disgusting behavior using it against people.
