Female? Flirtatious?

Sometimes I have to wonder how they come up with these so called, 'studies'. In the real world things look a lot different to me. What is your view?

Study says flirtatious women get fewer raises, promotions

USATODAY.com - Women who send flirtatious e-mail, wear short skirts or massage a man's shoulders at work win fewer pay raises and promotions, according to a Tulane University study to be presented Monday

Flirtatious Female

I really disagree with this also. Even aside from the woman flirting, I have found in most instances that a woman such as this is generally in a very good mood. As a former manager, anyone that worked for me that was able to be open and in a good mood was more likely to receive a raise. I personally am a sucker for someone that flirts a lot myself.
