Anime Korean North
The new anime is called Empress Chung. I will take a look at it, I'm curious since I love anime but have never even heard of NK anime. It seems like they are trying to put a nicer face on communist North Korea. It may work, but a better way might be to stop threatening to launch nukes, but anime is a good idea too!
