Girls who regularly ate breakfast, particularly one that includes cereal, were slimmer than those who skipped the morning meal, according to a study that tracked nearly 2,400 girls for 10 years.

That makes perfect sense. Another thing I have noticed is that when I, personally, skip breakfast, then I tend to eat much more at lunch. My body is hungry, and so when I get the opportunity to eat, I eat much more than I do when I have eaten breakfast. Your body gets balanced out if you eat three meals a day.
Offtopic but, I also read an article saying that lunch should be our biggest meal of the day because our metabolism works faster during the mid-day. |
