The Obama Administration's move to the right is about to give conservatives a victory they could not have anticipated, even under Bush. HUD, under Obama, submitted legislation called PETRA to Congress that would result in the privatization of all public housing in America. Ref. Source 6

Off Mortgage Privatize Trying Hud

If HUD is allowed to privities all public housing that is going to be a big financial mess that we would be paying big bucks out in tax payer money. I hope that congress does not allow this to happen.

I wonder who is going to police all these individual owners. I see this being bad because it isn't just about the money. That part of it stinks I agree, but there will probably be other backlashes from this is my guess.

Any time the government wants to change something drastically I get this feeling they are trying to pull one over on us, not help us.
