Hi, I just wanted to wish everybody a happy Christmas, I don't think I will manage to get back on here before then as I have got a serious neck and shoulder problem after being in a car crash. I hope everybody has a really good time with their families and loved ones, and for those not celebrating, I hope you have a good holiday!

JB! I am shocked encouraging to sue for millions.

DianC I do strongly encourage you to fully treat and do what you can to restrengthen that area as it will be an issue to watch for the rest of your days. I still treat my neck from an accident back in 1986. If I get lazy about it it kills me. I hope you fell better from it soon.

You bet Jb, Dianec is worth more then that just suing is a very hurtful thing. Again here that would be a cut and dry case of x number of dollars from the insurance company along with medical expenses. I think injuries pending it would be ball park 50 000. Unless long term health issues are expected. The USA different ball game.
