WTC'S OWNERS FOUND NEGLIGENT IN 1993 BOMBING

A jury ruled Wednesday that the Port Authority was negligent in the bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993 -- a long-awaited legal victory for victims of an attack that killed six people and wounded 1,000 eight years before terrorists brought down the buildings.

I have not delved into the case seriously, but it seems like the bombers are the ones to be responsible? Well, at least victims, or families of victims are able to get some kind of monetary relief for suffering. One interesting point about the law is that it usually takes long, but it does not sleep and is not forgetful, well, at least most of the times.
