April, 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theatre, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and his five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. I recently saw this movie again and was impressed twice. The acting, the realism, story and ending were all something to behold. War is not pretty or "Cool"... War makes men cry and people do things they never thought they would in service to their fellowman.
