That is a good one might be question of who is more psychotic. Batman I think has dealt better with the cause that brought him to the criminal fighting edge. Also the positive influence of the police chief.

I never followed DD close enough to answer that one. I do recall him giving Spiderman even pause in questioning his ethics.

I don't think Daredevil would have any chance against someone like Spiderman. Spiderman has way more powers plus his sight!

Spiderman would win hands down against the Daredevil. Spiderman just has way more powers than Daredevil and crucial things like danger sense that would limit Daredevil's ability to beat him in combat.
