Kapustin Yar

Kapustin Yar is a top secret military base in Russia similar to the Area 51 of the USA. It is said that the Russian military airplanes shot down a UFO in this area that may have led to them learning more about getting into space. Do you believe this to be true?

Despite the Russians serious demeanor and characteristics I find many of the folk to be quite superstitious and in general highly competitive, so this kind of thing does not surprise me, however, I do wonder, was it meant to be something related to political superiority by saying something like 'They visit us too?'.
