The online version of this is excellent. I especially like the way each related key word links as it does within this Community. A print version can only be of great value to the reader and so I believe it is a great move for those who do not have internet access. However, unless the print version has a comprehensive index / cross reference to replace the lack of links then it will not have the same greatness as the online version.
