How difficult is it to contact us? Look at our contact page... do you find it confusing, helpful or indifferent? Do you find that we respond fast, slow or never?

I have had no problems contacting the administrators and getting a quick response. It has been the best I have seen on a discussion board! Keep it up!

I've had trouble at first with the concept of asking questions through Email. Email always seemed private, so I asked via my intro thread. Now, though, I've gotten used to it, and I might add that you reply very quickly.

Members tend to bog down the Administrator with unnecessary questions that could FIRST be answered in the FAQ Board and then by a Moderator. If you have a question or concern about where to post then please contact a Mod instead of directly contacting Admin. This can be done via the Contact Mod Page.

NOTE: You may continue to contact Admin with regards to change of membership status and / or error messages (not to be confused with Watch Dog messages).

I had no trouble in contacting the admin, no matter the problem. Frankly I was surprised by the fast responses. And that was before I upgraded me membership. I expected a 1-2 days response period. Now I got used to JB's fast answers.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is the average response time of Moderators, that is of course if you have used the Moderator Contact page?
