Tivo Dvd No
Maybe DVD is gone for storage, but DVD has never been a huge media for storage. Disk to disk is already being implemented in homes as is on mine, or to a separate drive. DVD's are used to burn movies primarily and you cant use flash sticks for that. And as far as I know, flash sticks are relatively small and so are other types of memory devices. Its not likely that people will go from always having something attached to their TV to something small that you have to make sure you remember were it is. Maybe in the future, but not real close futures. Media centers in every home are just a few years away! And as for Apple taking over the world? They already blew it by making all of their stuff proprietary. I wont being buying anything that cant integrate with windows and all my other homemade PC stuff any time soon.
