Law Vs Beliefs Religious

While there is a perfectly good argument for not allowing 'god'(whose god again? hers or his?) to trump law, that argument is not needed. This is not a matter of religion or God. The man continues to argue that he cant break moral obligation to god, but fails to say what moral laws he would be breaking in paying the lawsuit. It seems obvious what this man is doing. He is using God to refuse to pay someone the courts deemed he fired unjustly, for not signing an employment contract. No law or moral code of the Bible (which he says he believes in) has any ground or bases for his refusal. He is a liar and a cheat and should be put in jail until he pays the woman her money.

Religious Beliefs Vs. The Law History & Civil Business Politics

Was this lady working for a religious organisation? How on earth can you sack someone based on your religious principles?

I think someone's right to practice religious beliefs should be respected, but the law must be abided by.
