Conjoined Twins
Conjoined Twins are also known as 'Siamese Twins' although they are not necessarily one and the same, but one thing is common place, two heads are attached to one or two bodies fused together (depending on the case). The purpose of this thread is to discuss how you would handle being part of a 'Twin' by considering the following questions:
1. What if your twin wanted to constantly do bad things, how would you handle it if you were of a good nature?
2. Would you want to try for separation at the risk of death?
3. Would you try to live a normal life or live secluded? Would your decision be influenced if your face was handsome / beautiful) and your Twin had a hideous face?
I think that I have never even remotely considered this question until now. The first thing right off that comes to mind is the question whether my personality would be the same. If it is, then I would have to have interaction. But with the internet at your finger tips, I wouldn't have to go outside to have interaction. I would most likely lead a life of seclusion. But I don't think I would want to be separated at all cost, especially with the risk of death. I would rather live because I would at least of some company with my twin always around. (no pun intended)
Parents Reject Abortion, Prepare for Arrival of Conjoined Twins Who Share One Heart
For any couple preparing for the birth of a new baby, there's great anticipation and much nervousness. Even if the baby is healthy, the birthing process and having a new little one to care for brings on a certain amount of stress. Ref. Source 5
Ronnie and Donnie Galyon Break World Record for Longest-Living Conjoined Twins
Ronnie and Donnie Galyon have broken the world record as the longest-living conjoined twins. The record is a tough one to beat in part because conjoined twins don't typically live very long lives but also because some of them are purposefully killed in abortions if their diagnosis is discovered in the womb.
