Uh, did we really need tax dollars to go towards finding out if driving stoned makes you at a higher risk to crash? Everyone of us who has ever smoke weed knows that it inhibits your ability to drive or operate equipment. This shouldn't be news to anybody. Don't drink and drive, don't take drugs and drive.
