MONTREAL TEAM UNLOCKS GENETIC CODE OF C. DIFFICILE
Researchers in Montreal say they've cracked the genetic code of a strain of C. difficile that has been causing severe diarrhea outbreaks in Quebec.

Very interesting. I have never heard of an outbreak such as this but it doesn't sound like a very peaceful way to die. My heart goes out to the 200 suspected deaths because of this illness. It makes me proud of our worldwide scientific community every time a medical breakthrough is made that can save lives.
