Want to own a piece of history? A bright yellow, uniquely shaped guitar used by Prince is going up for auction in Beverly Hills beginning June 24 with an opening bid of $30,000. The electric guitar was one of several custom guitars Prince used in the 1980s and 1990s. Ref. Source 9m.

If that custom guitar was purple they would get lots more for it but yellow is just not the color anyone associates with Prince.

Official says Prince died of opioid overdose

CHICAGO (AP) — A law-enforcement official tells The Associated Press that tests show Prince died of an opioid overdose. The 57-year-old singer was found dead April 21 at his Minneapolis-area estate. Ref. Source 9g.

Not surprising. Most of these music stars can't keep their hands off drugs. They have it so bad its like they can't function unless they have it in their system all the time.

What a waste of such a talented person. This reminds me of the sad death of Whitney Houston. Yes, I like the idea of a reunion to pay Prince a tribute. But let's also use this as a way to teach our kids to stay the Hell away from drugs.
