Epic Prowess [Epic] Feat In Dungeons & Dragons

Have you used the unique Epic Prowess [Epic] Feat for your Dungeons & Dragons Character? If so, what are your thoughts about the pros and cons of selecting this Feat over other Feats.

Since you get a +1 on ALL attacks and the affects stack I can see this as probably one of the number one feats to acquire. Only problem, its an Epic feat.
