general Attack Power

Most of the time I only get this feat because it is a prerequisite for many other feats. Though I have occasionally used this, mostly on a high level character. One can take points off of their attack up to their Base Attack Bonus, and use it for damage.

Usually used by a fighter, but able for all.

Not a fan of this one. Useful only at higher levels because a low level character will not want to lower his chances of hitting the target. But, at a high level, it will not make such a difference anymore so, yes, best used as a prerequisite like Stefflabunny already underlined.
