Have you used the unique Improved Initiative [General] Feat for your Dungeons & Dragons Character? If so, what are your thoughts about the pros and cons of selecting this Feat over other Feats.

This feat is only for those who are tired of always being in the middle or end of a fight list. This gives you a +4 to initiative. Not a very important feat to have, but it can be useful.
