Yachts

Everytime you hear about those rich and famous people, you always hear that they have a yatch, one of the most expensive and fancy boats ever. I am not sure whether to ask if you have one or not wink.gif but maybe you have been in one?. What are the things you think make a yatch so appealing?, after all"¦is just a boat!. What are your thoughts?.

Yachts

The only time I have been on a yacht is when a friend of mine got married on one. A yacht is basically a luxury boat; you have more amenities than you would have on a regular boat. Examples of these amenities are bathrooms, bedrooms, and lounges. For me it is not a big deal; if I had enough money I would invest in a lake cabin before I did in a yacht. A simple fishing boat is enough for me.

I will have a sail boat of my own one day! It may as well be an yacht. Because the feeling of freedom it provide is unequal. But that is just a matter of taste. Is the same thing like in cars you can now who is showing of and who is really loving his/her ride.

Yachts

Yachts are awesome. I remember when I lived on the beach I used to go social sailing and racing on an 32 footer. It wasn't that big but so much fun.

Sailing is quite exciting and involves a lot of skill and wisdom. I think there is still a romanticism about it because it was one of the original modes of travel for most of the world. It is also the sheer excitement of you and a crew vs the elements. All you need to sail is wind. Doesn't require petrol etc.

Not all yachts are luxury, I think that is a misconception. You can easily find cruisers that value more than yachts.

But I highly recommend you give it a go!
