The trick for me is to keep my vision sort of unfocused and just let my reactions take over. The shadows on the floor tell you where the next drop is going to be.

This is a nice game, there is a secret to getting the high score here... You have to watch the shadows of the ball rather than the ball. Hope I didn't give this away to the competition.
