I think this child needs a lot of help. It sounds that he has been raised on the streets and not in a caring home. I believe he should not be enrolled in a normal school since he is currently too violent and in schools the safety of others needs to be first priority. I believe with some help and a lot of care this child can be saved and he can learn that his actions were very improper.

Again an example of the media / government trying to soften an issue. This is the the thing people do not understand about children with special needs issues - they can explode in certain moments and become very agressive. This is similar to what I wrote here: The Media's Portrayal Of Autism. From the history alone it shows that this boy does not need to be placed in 'another' school but needs intervention!
