When I read stories like this I just cannot control my anger. Our system is absolutely a mess where people who are non-violent offenders spend almost their whole life in prison while people like this pseudo-human who are violent are released!

Active was arrested by police and has been charged in the murder of Sorn Sreap, 71, and her husband Touch Chea, 73. He was also charged with raping their 2-year-old granddaughter, who was in their care for the night. Active was released early from prison and place on parole after serving only part of a his seven-year prison sentence, Kaci Schroeder, a spokesperson for the Alaska Department of Corrections said. It is sad to see that another child was injured because of this man being let out of jail early. I think that someone who has hurt a child before should have the place where he is being released to warned ahead of time so that people can be more alert to a violent or potential violent criminal is going to be in their area. Maybe this will save some people.
It is my personal belief that those who harm children be placed in a deep dark hole never again to be released or see the light of day.

This monster deserves a death penalty! Thanks to this idiot, now this 2 year old girl's life is changed forever. I hope this guy will not go to jail but instead have a punishment that is way worse than he had before.
