If you are willing to pay for that, sure.

We don't provide mockups generally because we will have to charge more. Let's take a request for a current theme, sure we could spend time creating what it could be like but then we will charge you more, will you be willing to pay the extra costs? Most people don't and only our higher end clients that we create commercial themes for expect that.

It actually takes about the same amount of work to create a mockup, sample, or demo as in creating the real thing and with each change you have to put in the same work load.

These kinds of things are usually done with salaried work or where you are selling something in mass production so samples would be warranted.
