So this disgusting pseudo-human broke the ribs of twin babies, broke their ankles and the newborn babies had multiple fractures on their arms and legs PLUS she is wanted in her own country (Belgium) for SIMILAR crimes, she is given a slap on the wrist in the form of 5 years probation? Are you freaking kidding me? Is it because she is pretty eh? Because if the woman was 300 pounds with pimples all over her face, she will serve YEARS in jail!
QUOTE PARK CITY - A nanny accused of abusing infant twins was sentenced to five years probation on Monday.
Aubrey Alta Anderson, 32, was given credit for the one year she was in the Summit County Jail while waiting for her case to finish in court, and put on five years probation. During that time she is prohibited from having unsupervised contact with any children under 14. She will also be required to wear an ankle monitoring bracelet for a year, unless she is extradited back to Belgium to face charges there.
At the time of her arrest in Utah, Anderson was also wanted in Belgium on similar charges. Because of Monday's sentencing, Belgium officials went ahead with a trial in that country today, said Summit County Attorney David Brickey. Anderson does not have to be present for that court proceeding, he said.
If they find enough evidence against her, Belgium officials could request to have Anderson extradited back to their country, Brickey said. If they do that, they are required to hold a new trial for her, he said.
Anderson was a nighttime nanny for a Park City couple in January of 2012, when the twins were one month old. For three days at the end of January, Anderson and others said the twins were being extremely fussy, didn't sleep, and at least one of the infants was having "Meltdowns," According to court records.
On the fourth day, the daytime nanny noticed swelling on one of the infant's legs and bruising on his forearm. The parents took the twins to Primary Children's Medical Center. The doctor discovered that both ankles of one of the infants were broken. Source 5

Yes, she's pretty, but I hope that's not the reason why she got a mild treatment from the court. Anyway, I guess her freedom will be shortlived. If the Belgian judge will decide to proceed against her, she will soon serve in her native Country's jails.

Comments: Belgium is not "her own country". She worked in Belgium as a nanny in a posh seaside resort where she [allegedly] broke all the wrists of a twin. It's still a mystery how she could escape the country.

And she is wanted in Belgium, got 4 years effective jail time this week in absentia in Belgium and fled the country to the US, where she did exactly the same thing: breaking the ribs and wrists of small children. She's sick in the head and needs to be apprehended ASAP.

I agree with RosieMae. Probation should not be ruled in cases like this one. I wonder what I would do if she took "Care" Of my baby the same way she did with those poor children...
