As many as 10 people are believed to be trapped in the rubble of a building that collapsed today in Philadelphia, city Fire Commissioner Lloyd Ayers said, according to CNN affiliate WPVI. The four-story building collapsed in Philadelphia's Center City area, WPVI reported. Ref. CNN

This looks like a horrible accident when construction workers working on a building demolition went wrong and collapsed onto another building or supporting wall that caused it to collapse. I have hear that 14 people have been injured but have not heard of any deaths yet.
