Best Way To See Anime

Of the following which do you find is the best way to view your favorite Anime and why don't the others appeal to you as much?

I like DVDs best then TV. I the the color and motion, but its no good without a good story don't you think so?

I tend to prefer DVD. Online, they are usually small format, so you can't see much detail. However, I have read a couple of manga stories that were much more detailed in the storyline than any DVD movie.

I prefer in paper comic form so I can read it in my leisure time, the story are usually better and more detailed there, but if we are talking about anime in the form of animation then its DVD because I can pause and rewind if I miss something, usually the subtitle because its too fast and most of them still in japanese language which I don't understand, and without needing to get a delay and waste time from add, since I live in third world country where internet connection are fickle and lag a lot especially when watching video online.
