I can see fans going up to a star to get a autograph but to attack them? I somehow am not buying into this story. I think something was said or a gesture was made that caused this acton. IF this actually did happen.

She was in court crying because the judge was tired of her not listening and sentenced her to 90 days in jail to begin on 20th July, 2010. What is she crying about? You don't listen you pay the consequence of not listening. She has to wear an alcohol bracelet from now until she serves her time.

I think her time is well warranted. She tried to play the hey I am a star role and it did not work on the judge. Let her learn that she is not above the law like she feels she is all the time.

The judges are so tired of her breaking her probation that enough is enough. She WILL have to serve because even though her lawyer resigned, the chances she has of appealing and a judge listening to her are slim to none.
