Do you keep a Pedigree Chart framed and hung on your wall to show all those who enter home to whom you have been born from over generations? Do you find that Genealogy makes interesting conversation when brought up randomly?

Chart Pedigree

I don't keep a "pedigree chart" so to speak hanging on my wall. I do keep a book that my uncle had made tracing my roots back to France. It documents how we came to America and the little down three hours from my place of residence that my ancestors founded and are still honored in. It does make for good conversation, and even though I come from minors in a mining town, it makes me proud that my family is honored in that town because we are descendants of its founding fathers.
