Pepper Black and Salt
Thats a really neat story. I love salt and pepper on almost everything. I have high blood pressure and have to keep my salt content low, so now I use almost only pepper. I put pepper on everything from burgers to mashed potatoes. Pepper just adds that perfect spiciness to a food.

I don't use as much pepper as I do salt, because I think pepper is an acquired taste, and I only like small amounts of it. Having said that, I couldn't imagine making a meal without at least adding a tiny bit of pepper, to enhance the finished flavor.
