It seems to me that every time one of these events is organized it ends up in many deaths. I do not mean to be critical, but I believe as Muslims there should be more order in any religious ceremony.

Yes indeed. You are right about this and each year many die in this holy event. I believe the goverment is doing its best. After all, its really hard to control over 2.000.000 people standing on one spot !
