Shivas finding that her hiding spot brought her into the fight right behind Aliora making it very hard to aim at any of the bandits. She decides she has no other choice but to move, even though most likely she will be attacked in the process. She shoulders her bow and readies her scimitar. Shivas backs up to go around the shed to find a place open to the fight.
Out of Character:: I think it is about sixty feet around the shed, at a 20 foot travel speed it will take her 3 turns to get there?
Tarak notices that Maeruun was in trouble and dropped his bow. He then charged the nearest bandit attacking Maeruun, drawing his greataxe as he ran. As he reached the bandit he delivered a mighty swing with his greataxe, followed by another great swing.
Out of Character:: drop bow
Charge attack: 15+4=19
Damage: 11+4=15
Power attack: 14+3=17
Damage: 8+6=14
Out of Character: Shivas can actually get around the storehouse and have a standard action left to attack a bandit fighting Maerrun. 60 feet would take 3 move actions, not 3 whole rounds.
Tarak would normally get a +2 for the charge for a -2 to AC, but can't as he must move around a bench to reach the bandit and make a normal attack. Charging has a limited number of situations it can be used in, refer to the rules.
Shivas strikes at one of the bandits attacking Maerrun after coming around the store house.
Out of Character::Attack 16+1=17
Damage 4+1=5
How many actions can you fit into one round? That confuses me a little. I must have missunderstood when reading the rules about that.

Out of Character:: I knew you couldn't charge attack through any obstacles, but I misundertstood where the bandit was standing, sorry about that. My actions will be as follows:
3rd round:
Drop bow
Draw greataxe
Move 20ft. West to clear the table
4th round:
Charge attack SE bandit: 15+6=21 AC-2
Damage: 11+4=15
Will that work? I am using the charge attack to avoid provoking an attack of opportunity from the bandit.

Out of Character: the actions on a round are a standard, move and swift action, in any order. A standard action can be reduced to a move, and a move into a swift.
The first round counted only as a surprise round (Round 0, if you will) and allowed only a single standard action (Which could be converted down).
Since Tarak has a +1 BAB, he can actually draw a weapon while moving. Additionally, attacks of opportunity are only provoked when moving OUT of a threatened square, even if moving into another threatened square(Imagine it as glue or magnetism, it fights back when you want to move objects apart). And charges can still provoke if the movement would normally provoke.
Except a 5 foot step is a free action and doesn't provoke, so long as you don't move any further that turn.
So, your first rolls were actually valid, I was just making a note of using the word 'charge'.
So many rules, I hope I'm not turning you all off the game.
In Character:Theaton fires an arrow in revenge at the leader(7 +1 +3), but it is dodged. Maerrun attempts to defend himself, by fighting defensively (12 +1 +1 -2) but strikes only leather armour. Shivas sprints around the storehouse.
The two bandits attacking Maerrun step into flanking positions either side of him and strike, (8 +2 +2 & nat1), but he parries with a whirling movement. Meanwhile, southwest swings at Aliora (4 +2) and misses completely.
Tarak moves into melee with a mighty shout and mightier blow and slices southeast's right arm cleanly off, as the enemy falls to the ground. Meanwhile, Aliora throws two more punches (8 +4 -1 +1, 16 +4 -1 +1), one strike is divinely guided hitting chest and the other aimed blow his a cheek, doing 19 nonlethal damage and dropping him.
The leader has a frown on his face as he draws another arrow, firing at Theaton (3 +5) and missing. Then he fumbles in his pack, producing a bottle of orange liquid.
Theaton has another shot at the leader (4 +2 +1) and also misses. Maerrun attacks the last rank-and-file bandit (4 +1 +1) also unable to hit. Shivas moves up to attack the northeast bandit and cuts deeply into his shoulder and he shouts in pain.
The shout turns into a shriek of fear as the bandit Withdraws from Shivas and Maerrun. He doesn't look behind him as he moves past and provokes an attack from Tarak and is struck down quickly.
Tarak decides to instead approach the leader and engage in combat, striking a massive blow across the chest and exposing a large gash through the leather. Yet he remains standing, a look of fear on his face. Aliora charges in striking with a fist (18 +4 -1 +1) and dealing the leader 7 nonlethal damage.
The leader teeters on the brink of consciousness, before succumbing and falling down. The bottle of orange liquid also falls and cracks on the hard earth, releasing a blast of fire. Aliora and Tarak both take 2 fire damage, and are set on fire. A Reflex save can extinguish the flames.
Tarak panics a bit when he is caught on fire, but he quickly drops to the ground and rolls around to try an put out the flames.
Out of Character:: Reflex Save: 15+1=16
In Character:: When the flames are out, Tarak goes around to the fallen bandits and tries to find one that is still alive. If he finds one he will call Shivas over with her rope. He will disarm the bandit, tie him up, and have Shivas revive him so that he may be interrogated.
Out of Character:: Heal Check to search for a barely alive bandit?: 6+4=10
