Shivas seeks to speak to one of the guards at the gate to whom she may seek to find directions to Oleg's trading post, or at the very least find out what may be the next town on the way to gain further information there, also to learn what threats she may find on the road. "To whom would I speak that may know more of the road I am to take to get to Orleg's trading post, I know that it is near Restov?"

You manage to find a sergeant as he oversees a change of guard and he answers, "Restov, you say? When you get to the fork in the south road, west takes you to New Stetven, East to Brunderton. Just keep heading south and you'll find some small villages. I'm sure someone much further south will know. As for dangers, winter wolves are a small problem in the plains, you just have to outrun them. I could spare men, for a fee of course."
He's asking for 5 gp per mounted guard per day for up to 3 days. You can tell he's trying to keep it quiet, like a bribe.

Shivas knowing she doesn't have the coin for such an escort tosses the guard one silver piece not wanting to offend the man, and thanks him for his information and heads south on the road. "Thank you but I don't have the coin for such but here is for your information and time." Trying to stay alert for any trouble Shivas keeps a steady pace looking and listening for any signs of trouble knowing she is alone in this part of her journey, she says a prayer to Sarenrae as she rides out.

The day passes and Shivas only sees scattered rural farmhouses surrounded by fields of white snow, some brown patches finally showing through, before night descends. There are three buildings nearby, all wooden cabin-like structures, equally small.

Shivas approaches the closest cabin to knock, wanting to make her presence known to the owners of the cabin and gain permission to set up camp and if there can be grass found then let the horse graze.
Trying to be vigilant and aware she listens and looks to see if anyone is about.

The owners greet you warmly, and introduce themselves as Helg and Natalya, and their son, Romir. They allow you to sleep in the kitchen, since the bedrooms are full. The night passes and you are charged only 2sp for your meal and grain for the horse. All the grass is covered in snow or withered.

On the road again the same view greets you, save at midday where you find a village of 6 buildings and a manor. A signpost reads "Rogarstan". You identify a smithy, a large stable, an inn, a merchant, an alchemist and a storehouse.

So witnessed on this 26th day of Calistril, under watchful eye of the Lordship of Restov and authority granted by Lord Noleski Surtova, current Regent of the Dragonscale Throne."

The expression upon Kuj's face changed to a serious stare "You know what this means!?" He shouted "We are now the bearers of this charter, and if we don't act against criminal acts than we will be executed!"

Taking a seat on the ground he scratched his head hesitantly racking his brain for an idea.

"No way could that Lodovkan brat be a good guy!" Retorts Alisha. "He's more of a bandit than us street kids, nicking to survive! What about the other parts? What's the Green Belt of Exploration, a magic item? Or is it just a fancy name, like the Dragonscale Throne?" She goes off on a tangent, speaking quickly and excitedly, "Did ya' know I've seen it! Back window of the throne room! It's just big and wooden, no dragon bits, only carvings!"
