Multi-purpose Fabric Softener Sheets

Most people use fabric softener sheets to deal with static cling when putting their clothes in the dryer; however, there are many other uses for fabric softener sheets. They can be used as a bug repellant, cleaning tool around the house, air freshener, and more.

Yellow Jackets: Use them all the time when playing baseball and soccer. I use it when I am working outside It really works. The yellow jackets just veer around you.

I never knew there were so many uses! I usually put them in clothes drawers or stinky shoes after I use them. My puppy always tries to chew on them, I'm wondering if there's a theory that it cleans stinky puppy breath!

Although I have never done this, and I don't know why I don't, but....

Take used sheets (after running them in the dryer - might as well get full use out of them) and tape them loosely over your computer vents, where the air is drawn into the computer. They will act as filters and capture most of the dust. When you see them getting a bit dirty, replace them.

That makes allot of sense nighthawk, my wife uses them to dust. They not only attract the dust, they leave a nice mild smell behind. You can use them on any surface since they are not abrasive and won't scratch. They are also cheaper to use than getting dusting spray or dusting cloths.

I would use them on dry erase boards. They don't smear like erasers do, and they last a pretty good while. Of course, they are used after being put in the dryer. I don't know what use anybody would have for a dry erase board, but if you use one, fabric softener sheets are great!

We manage a fourplex, so we use a dry-erase board for phone numbers, notes, reminders, etc. in our office. I *just* tried using the fabric softener sheet, and I am a 2nd witness, it works great! Thanks for the idea. I tried to dust with one, but I think I was dealing with way too much dust at the time. It dusted, I just think the fabric softener wasn't quite big enough for the insane dusting job I tried it out on.
