Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah
KUWAITI EMIR DIES
Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, a key U.S. ally in the war against Iraq and a notable supporter of women's rights in the tiny Gulf country, died Sunday, according to a government statement. He was 77.

Al-sabah Al-ahmad Jaber Sheikh Emir Kuwaiti
Its actually quite amazing what he has been able to accomplish in his lifetime. The majority of Islamic leaders of not made, or even attempted to make, the kind of social advances that this leader has. I hope that the new Crown Prince, soon to be Emir, will continue on with his leadership vision.
