It's probably because of how much him and Kim have gone through. She probably was his first love and so connects her actions with women as a whole. I don't think that means he's going gay, just that it isn't easy for him to find a loyal trustworthy woman.

There is a lot of rappers that degrade women, not just Eminem. Also he talks and says a lot worse stuff than degrading women, and also there just songs to make money its not like he means every thing he says. In other words kids shouldn't listen to his music because they take it too seriously.
