I define this as a parents responsibility to influence their children in a positive manner as to discourage behavior that would be seen as unfit. If a parent has a problem with their childs cell phone activities and can not correct this without an extreme action then disconnect the cell phone. If it does not work they can not talk on it. The article also mentioned that only 2 of 5 companies had unlimited nights offered, switch to another carrier. How can a parent blame an industry for the behavior of their children? It is a parent responsibility to raise and control their children, why should industries in the economy have to do it for them?
