There are bullies in the Village. They have travelled in from East City, a place known for its' low life. Although the Soldiers are aware of their presence there is nothing that they can do about their visit to the Village since they have not broken any laws. The Elders of the Village are also trying to open up relations with East City and they do not want to cause any misgivings with their citizenry so they have instructed the Village Soldiers to approach them (the bullies) with care. There are those among the Village who would love to see these Bullies leave or put to rest as the case may be as they insult and cause a feeling of resentment wherever they go, but unfortunately there is no one strong enough or in this case maybe even smart enough to get rid of them... can you? Keep in mind the Elders do not want any large distasteful scenes and may even judge you as the cause of any public matter should you choose to make your dealings with these Bullies a matter for everyone's ears and eyes.
